Jasmyn Beausejour is a high-performance business strategist, investor, and executive coach with global leadership experience spanning the UK, Canada, the US, France, Chile, and Singapore. As Co-Founder of Holorise, he empowers entrepreneurs to scale their ventures with confidence—while staying grounded in well-being, clarity, and purpose.
Jasmyn’s academic background is as elite as it gets: he graduated #1 in his class from HEC Montréal with a BBA in Finance and Applied Economics, and later earned his MBA from Harvard Business School with High Distinction, earning the prestigious Baker Scholar designation.
Professionally, Jasmyn’s career has blended top-tier consulting, investment, and senior operating roles. He spent several years at the Boston Consulting Group, advising on M&A, financial modeling, strategic transformation, and due diligence projects across industries. He then led major value creation initiatives as a Portfolio Director at HICO Investment Group and as Director of Strategic Projects at The Citation Group, where he managed initiatives designed to create over £200M in enterprise value. He now serves as Global Director of Commercial & Corporate Development at Access Hospitality, overseeing M&A, strategy, pricing, and more.
Beyond corporate roles, Jasmyn has advised and co-founded startups—including acting as Fractional CFO for Swizzle, a London-based startup—helping with financial modeling, fundraising, and MVP development using no-code platforms.
Fluent in English, French, and conversational Spanish, Jasmyn brings a rare mix of financial acuity, operational insight, and coaching empathy. At Holorise, he specializes in helping founders with strategic clarity, financial structuring, fundraising strategies, and preparing for scale or exit.
