Discover Holorise and its team

Holorise exists because we believe success doesn’t have to come at the expense of your mental and physical health.

Capucine and Jasmyn have both been through their own health journeys, and decided that they would be dedicated to helping other founders and high-achieving professionals avoid burnout, crippling stress, and decaying physical health.

Built by Entrepreneurs, for Entrepreneurs

The sleepless nights. The crushing weight of responsibility. The agonizing decisions. The thrill of a big win followed by gut-wrenching uncertainty. We know it—we’ve lived it.

Holorise was born from our own experience as entrepreneurs. We’ve founded two startups—one that soared and one that crashed. We’ve been through early-stage creation, fundraising storms, hired, fired, scaled, and faced the crushing lows of failure. We’ve seen both sides of owning a business: the joy and the exhaustion.

But the cost was high. Burnout hit hard. The relentless grind tore into our health, relationships, and sense of self. We faced heart conditions, weight fluctuations, and the mental toll of depression. We know the sacrifices entrepreneurs make—often at the expense of their well-being.

We created Holorise to ensure you don’t have to make the same sacrifices. Using the strategies that helped us reclaim our lives and achieve greater success, we’re here to guide entrepreneurs toward a better way to lead, live, and thrive.
