Just 4 Steps to Feeling at Your Healthiest

  • We start with a 25-minute conversation to understand where you are, what is not working, and what you want to feel like. No pressure, no pitch. Just clarity on whether holistic health coaching is the right fit for you, and what a personalised plan might look like.

  • Select a flexible package (3, 6 or 10 credits). You’ll spend credits based on your sessions.

    • Coaching Session = 1 credit

    • Mini-Coaching Session = 0.5 credit

  • Your first sessions are dedicated to a full health audit across all 7 pillars. From there, we build your integrated plan and begin implementing changes in order of impact, at a pace that works for your life.

  • You are supported between sessions through Holorise's client portal, with weekly reflections and progress tracking. As you build momentum, we adjust your plan based on what is working and where you need more support. Health is not linear, and your coaching should not be either.
