Refund & Rescheduling Policy

At Holorise, our coaching and therapy services are designed to create deep, lasting transformation. To honor your commitment and our time, we’ve outlined the following refund and rescheduling policy.

Scope of This Policy

This policy applies to:

  • 1:1 Coaching Packages

  • RTT (Rapid Transformational Therapy) Sessions

Refunds

We do not offer refunds for coaching or therapy sessions. This policy reflects:

  • The energetic and scheduling commitment we make to your transformation

  • The high level of personalization and preparation that goes into every session

  • The reality that transformation requires your full participation, not just access

We do not guarantee specific results, as each journey is unique and dependent on your commitment and readiness for change.

Session Flexibility

We want your package to work for you. That’s why we offer session flexibility within your plan:

  • You may use your purchased session hours however you wish during the engagement period.

  • You may convert:

    • Two coaching sessions into one RTT session, or

    • One RTT session into two coaching sessions

This gives you space to shape the journey as your needs evolve.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

We understand that life happens. If you need to reschedule:

  • Please give us at least 24 hours’ notice

  • Sessions rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be forfeited without refund

This protects the integrity of both our time and the availability of appointments for other clients.

Exceptions:

We may consider waiving forfeiture in the event of a genuine emergency. This is assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.

How to Reschedule or Request Consideration

To reschedule or notify us of an emergency:

  • Please email your practitioner directly

  • We aim to respond to all rescheduling or cancellation requests within 24–48 hours.
