Refund & Rescheduling Policy

This policy applies to all coaching and Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT) services provided by WWC Services Ltd. (trading as Holorise).

Payment Terms

Full payment is required upon booking. Sessions must be paid at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.

Cancellation Notice Requirements

Minimum notice periods for cancellation or rescheduling:

  • Coaching sessions: 24 hours

  • RTT sessions: 48 hours

No Refunds

We do not offer refunds for any reason. This includes:

  • Completed sessions

  • Cancelled sessions with insufficient notice

  • Unused sessions in a package

  • Partially used packages

Session fees are for our time and professional expertise, not a guarantee of specific outcomes.

Late Cancellations

Sessions cancelled or rescheduled with less than the required notice will be forfeited without refund.

Exceptions: We may waive forfeiture in cases of genuine emergency at our sole discretion.

Rescheduling Limits

Each session may be rescheduled a maximum of 3 times within the required notice period. After 3 reschedules, the session will be forfeited without refund.

Late Arrival

If you arrive late, the session will end at the scheduled time. We cannot guarantee extending sessions to compensate for late arrival.

Package Flexibility

Within your package period and with coach agreement:

  • 1 RTT session may be converted to 2 coaching sessions

  • 2 coaching sessions may be converted to 1 RTT session

Your Statutory Rights

This policy does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law.
