  • We start with a friendly, no-pressure call where we explore what you’re struggling with, what you want to change, and what’s been getting in the way.


    You’ll get clarity on whether RTT is the right fit for you — and we’ll also assess how many sessions (usually 1 to 3) may be needed based on your unique goals and challenges.

    I’ll answer any questions you have about the process and make sure you feel fully supported before we begin.

    The Discovery Call is free ans lasts 25 minutes.

  • In your RTT session, we gently guide you into a relaxed, focused state so we can access your subconscious — the part of your mind where beliefs are formed and stored.


    Together, we uncover and reframe the root cause of what’s been keeping you stuck. Most clients begin to notice emotional or behavioral shifts right away.

    Depending on the complexity of what you’re working through, you may need 1, 2, or 3 sessions for full resolution.


    We’ll assess this together during your discovery call, so you’ll have a clear, personalized recommendation right from the start.

    Sessions are fully personalized and take 120 minutes.

  • After your session, you’ll receive a custom audio recording that reinforces the transformation work we did together. This is where the change starts to take root — by listening to your recording daily for 21 days, you’re rewiring your subconscious with new, empowering beliefs.

    You’ll also get follow-up support to help you process what’s coming up, ask questions, or go deeper if needed.


    This integration phase is where real momentum builds — and you begin to feel lighter, clearer, and more aligned.

    This is your time to anchor the shift and start living from your new truth.

What do I get with each session?

1h Intake Conversation

Right before your session, we’ll dive deeper into your needs and what you want to transform. This helps tailor your RTT session for maximum impact. The intake lasts around 30 minutes.

1.5h RTT Session

A powerful ~90 minutes guided session where we access your subconscious mind, uncover the root cause of your issue, and create lasting transformation.

Personalized Audio Recording

A custom recording to be listened to daily for 21 days, tailored to support the reprogramming work done in the session.

Close follow-up for 21 days

You won’t go through this alone — I provide close support via messaging or email during the 21-day integration period to ensure you feel fully supported. We will be reminding you to listen to your audio every day and follow-up on Day 1, 7 and 14.

Follow-up call at 21 days

On Day 21, to review progress, address any lingering questions, and discuss potential next steps.

Frequently Asked Questions

Here are answers to questions we often get from clients

  • No — you will be in a deeply relaxed state, similar to daydreaming. You remain awake, aware, and fully in control throughout the session.

  • Yes — RTT is completely safe and non-invasive. You are guided gently through the process and can stop at any time if you wish.

  • Some clients find that one session is sufficient to see meaningful change in their lives. Where it isn’t we can schedule a 2nd and/or 3rd session. It is extremely rare that more than 3 sessions are needed.

    Some clients may choose to get coaching sessions in between RTT sessions or afterwards for ongoing support. This is not mandatory, and can be discussed on a case-by-case basis.

  • Unfortunately not, the discount is available only to those committing to more than one session up-front. It is also meant to help those for whom more than one session is almost certainly required (deeper traumas, depression, etc.).

  • Yes — RTT works beautifully online. You can experience the same powerful results from the comfort of your home.

  • Yes — you will remember everything from your session. You are in a relaxed but conscious state the whole time. That said, there are some components of the transformation which you may not remember vividly, and that’s totally normal too.

  • RTT can help with a wide range of issues, including anxiety, stress, burnout, low confidence, imposter syndrome, emotional eating, past trauma, unhealthy habits, and limiting beliefs.

  • Once you have purchased a package, you have an unlimited amount of time to use all your sessions. You can also convert each RTT session into 2 coaching sessions.

    However, there is no refund available.
